This policy explains what personal data BE-WISE collects through be-wise.com, why, and what your choices are. The site is run by BE-WISE FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: info@be-wise.com.

What we collect

Contact form. Your name, email address, organisation and message, when you send them to us.
Email. Whatever you include when you write to info@be-wise.com.
Bookings. If you book a consultation, the booking is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy, and we receive the details you enter there.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, to arrange and hold the conversation you asked for, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We rely on your request and on our legitimate interest in answering it.

Who processes it

Netlify, which hosts this site and receives contact form submissions.
Microsoft 365, which hosts our email.
Cal.com, for consultation bookings.

These providers may store data outside the UAE, including in the United States and the European Union.

Embedded content

Some pages show videos, podcasts and LinkedIn posts from YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, LinkedIn and similar services. YouTube videos load only when you press play, in privacy-enhanced mode. These services may set their own cookies under their own policies when their content loads.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for our business records, and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@be-wise.com. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
